Delete your data

To delete your account and associated data, email support@zappx.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. Include your account username or registered email so we can locate the account.

We will verify the request and delete your account data. If you signed in with Facebook, this includes the Facebook identity linked to your account. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them for regulatory, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.

You can also remove Zappx's access to your Facebook account at any time from Facebook's Settings > Apps and Websites page. Removing the app there stops Zappx from accessing your Facebook data, but does not delete your Zappx account. Use the request above for that.
