These terms govern your use of Zappx. By opening an account you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Zappx Ltd, company number 000000, registered at Suite 0, 000 Main Street, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. Licensed by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, legally permitted to gamble where you live, and acting on your own behalf. One account per person, per household and per device.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• We may request verification documents at any time.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until identity verification is complete.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Funds must come from an account in your own name. We may withhold a withdrawal pending verification or investigation.

5. Bets and settlement

A bet is accepted when confirmed on screen. Settlement follows the game rules in force at the time the bet was placed.

6. Bonuses

Bonus funds carry the wagering requirement stated in the offer. Bonus abuse voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

7. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time. See responsible gambling for self-exclusion, which is separate and cannot be reversed early.

Raise a complaint with support first. If unresolved, escalate as described on the complaints page.
